When you purchase a beat from Rob Solo Productions, LLC, you are purchasing a non-exclusive license to use the beat for your own creative purposes. This means that the beat remains the property of Rob Solo Productions, LLC and can be sold or licensed to other individuals or companies. Upon purchasing a product, you must agree to the products Terms and Conditions prior to the purchase.

3. Permitted Use of Beats

You are permitted to use the beats purchased from Rob Solo Productions, LLC for any non-commercial or commercial purpose, including recording, mixing, and mastering your own original music. You are not permitted to re-sell or re-license the beats to any other individual or entity.

4. Credit and Attribution

When using the beats purchased from Rob Solo Productions, LLC, you are required to credit Rob Solo Productions, LLC in the following format: “Beat by Rob Solo Productions, LLC”.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services provided by Rob Solo Productions, LLC are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Rob Solo Productions, LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Site.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rob Solo Productions, LLC will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
